FOR A BUILDING FOR THE RAPE CRISIS CENTER IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct, furnish and equip a building for the rape crisis center in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
