FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR THE MORA COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to purchase heavy equipment for the county road department in Mora county.
