FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

eight hundred seventy thousand dollars ($870,000) to plan, design and construct erosion protection for county road A-046 and to overlay El Carmel road in Mora county.
