FOR PURCHASING A BACKHOE LOADER FOR THE FRUITLAND IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN THE NENAHNEZAD CHAPTER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to purchase a backhoe loader for irrigation canal maintenance for the Fruitland irrigation system in the Nenahnezad chapter in San Juan county.
