FOR CONDUCTING A STUDY TO DETERMINE AN ACCESS ROUTE TO HASSLER VALLEY IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to conduct a study to determine the most feasible access route to Hassler Valley in McKinley county.
