45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Donald E. Bratton

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN HOBBS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

six hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($675,000) for sewer line improvements in the Gibbs addition in Hobbs in Lea county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for slurry and chip seal materials for roads in Hobbs in Lea county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design and construct an auto-accessible picnic area in Del Norte regional park in Hobbs in Lea county.
