FOR A FIELD OFFICE FOR TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES AND RELATED SERVICES IN TORREON IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan and design a field office for temporary assistance for needy families and related service programs in Torreon in McKinley county.
