MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT ATTORNEY TO PROVIDE A SALARY INCREASE FOR EMPLOYEES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-four thousand two hundred dollars ($94,200) is appropriated from the general fund to the fourth judicial district attorney for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to provide a salary increase for all employees, contingent upon job performance. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
