MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A TRUNK PHONE LINE FOR THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Forty thousand dollars ($40,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of the district attorney for the third judicial district for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to provide a trunk phone line. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
