MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AN AT-RISK YOUTH EMPLOYMENT TRAINING PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred forty-five thousand six hundred eighty dollars ($245,680) is appropriated from the general fund to the labor department for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to contract for an at-risk youth employment training program in Bernalillo, Torrance, Sandoval and Valencia counties. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
