Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 16, after "1978" insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

2. On page 10, line 17, strike "manufacturer" and strike lines 18 through 25.

3. On page 28, line 16, after "person" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 17 through 23 and insert in lieu thereof "is a manufacturer licensee or has obtained a waiver pursuant to the Gaming Control Act."".

4. On page 42, between lines 8 and 9, insert a new section to read:

"Section 19. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
