has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. on page 1, strike line 17, and on line 18, strike "2003" and insert in lieu thereof:

"the Navajo Nation to be matched with federal funds for the purpose of contracting with the human services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to be used in support of the information system technology needs of the Navajo Nation child support program, in order".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
