Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 5, strike lines 17 through 19 and insert in lieu thereof the following:

"Section 7. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from legislative council service cash balances to".

2. On page 6, line 1, strike "general fund" and insert in lieu thereof "legislative council service cash balances".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
