1. On page 1, line 16, strike "amounts are" and insert in lieu thereof "amount is".

2. On page 1, line 19, strike "purposes" and insert in lieu thereof "purpose" and strike the colon and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

3. On page 1, lines 20 through 23, strike Paragraph (1) in its entirety.

4. On page 1, line 24, strike the paragraph designation (2).,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
