Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 51, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 10, line 25, strike "Fama" and insert in lieu thereof "Lama".

2. On page 11, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following new subsections at the end of the section:

"YYYYYY. to the Dexter consolidated schools for a building and equipment project;

ZZZZZZ. to the Hagerman municipal schools for a building and equipment project;

AAAAAAA. to the Hatch Valley municipal schools for a building and equipment project;

BBBBBBB. to the Pojoaque Valley public schools for a building and equipment project;

CCCCCCC. to the Texico municipal schools for a building and equipment project;

DDDDDDD. to the Truth or Consequences municipal schools for a building and equipment project;

EEEEEEE. to the general services department for building and equipment projects; and

FFFFFFF. to Milan for a loan refinancing project.".

3. Reletter all subsections as necessary to correspond with these and other amendments.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
