MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE SANTA FE COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO FUND PUBLIC SCHOOL ACTIVITIES DURING THE MARIACHI EDUCATIONAL TRAINING CONFERENCE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the community college board of Santa Fe community college for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 for the purpose of funding Santa Fe public school activities during the mariachi educational training conference. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
