MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PER DIEM AND MILEAGE FOR VOTING RIGHTS COORDINATORS IN CIBOLA AND SANDOVAL COUNTIES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to pay per diem and mileage for voting rights coordinators in Cibola and Sandoval counties. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
