AN ACT

RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES; REPEALING CERTAIN STATE MOTOR VEHICLE STATUTES THAT ARE IN CONFLICT WITH FEDERAL REGULATIONS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. REPEAL.--Sections 66-3-858 through 66-3-873 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1978, Chapter 35, Sections 164 through 168, 173 through 177 and 179 and Laws 1953, Chapter 139, Sections 159.6 through 159.9 and 159.15) are repealed.
