MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROMOTE THE ADVENTURE GALLUP PROJECT AND RELATED DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-six thousand three hundred fifty dollars ($66,350) is appropriated from the general fund to the economic development department for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to promote the adventure Gallup project and related development activities in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
