MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE DENTAL PROGRAM AND THE DENTAL AUXILIARY CONSORTIUM TRAINING PROGRAM OF SAN JUAN COLLEGE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred thirty-five thousand dollars ($635,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the governing board of San Juan college for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to establish the dental program and the dental auxiliary consortium training program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
