MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE OFFICE OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE INSTITUTE FOR SPANISH ARTS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 for the purpose of supporting the programs and activities of the institute for Spanish arts. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
