HOUSE BILL 89

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 11, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following new project:

"(30) two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct a senior center in Cimarron in Colfax county;".

2. On page 13, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new project:

"(47) twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for improvements to the senior center in Loving in Eddy county;".

3. On page 16, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following new project:

"(76) one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to pave parking lots at senior centers in McKinley county;".

4. On page 17, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new project:

"(86) twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to construct a senior center in Tularosa in Otero county;".

5. On page 21, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following new project:

"(117) two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to pave parking lots at senior centers in San Juan county;".

6. Renumber paragraphs to correspond with these amendments.

7. On page 27, lines 9 and 10, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "four million seven hundred eighty-six thousand dollars ($4,786,000)".

8. On page 28, lines 2 and 3, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000)".

9. On page 28, lines 13 and 14, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "four million six hundred thousand dollars ($4,600,000)".

10. On page 29, line 20, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "four million three hundred thousand dollars ($4,300,000)".

11. On page 29, lines 23 and 24, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "seven hundred eighty-five thousand three hundred twenty-two dollars ($785,322)".

12. On page 30, line 2, strike "to".

13. On page 30, strike line 3 through "hall" and insert in lieu thereof "for campus renovations".

14. On page 33, line 4, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "three million two hundred thousand dollars ($3,200,000)".

15. On page 34, lines 5 and 6, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen million nine hundred eighty thousand dollars ($15,980,000)".

16. On page 34, lines 9 and 10, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "four million eight hundred fifty-two thousand dollars ($4,852,000)".

17. On page 36, lines 22 and 23, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "ten million eight hundred seventeen thousand six hundred seventy-eight dollars ($10,817,678)".

18. On page 37, lines 10 through 12, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "ninety-three million four hundred twenty-nine thousand seven hundred seven dollars ($93,429,707)".

19. On page 37, line 24, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof sixteen million eighty thousand dollars ($16,080,000)".
