SUMMARY
Senate Bill 7 appropriates $1,000.0 to the
Office of Indian Affairs for expenditure in Fiscal Year 2003 to contract for
market surveys and economic feasibility assessments of the twenty chapters in

IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of
$1,000.0 contained in this bill is a NON-RECURRING expense to the GENERAL FUND.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FISCAL YEAR 2003
shall revert to the GENERAL FUND.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
The Office of Indian Affairs has capacity to
administer this contract.
