AN ACT

RELATING TO THE REDISTRICTING OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES; ESTABLISHING REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT SIXTY-FIVE; REPEALING AND ENACTING SECTIONS OF THE NMSA 1978.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. Section 2-7C-72 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1991 (1st S.S.), Chapter 2, Section 72) is repealed and a new Section 2-7C-72 NMSA 1978 is enacted to read:

"2-7C-72. [NEW MATERIAL] REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT SIXTY-FIVE.--Representative district sixty-five is composed of Bernalillo county precinct 31; Rio Arriba county precincts 24 and 29; and Sandoval county precincts 5, 6, 9, 14, 15, 19, 20, 24 through 27, 50, 55, 56 and 63."
