SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 29, as amended

1. On page 3, between lines 11 and 12, insert:

"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proceeds of the proposed

sale, trade or lease of the property be used only for the acquisition of real property to be held by the state on behalf of the employment security division of the labor department; and".
