has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:



1. On page 3, line 4, strike "a" and strike lines 5 through 7 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "prohibited, under present law, from providing financial assistance for care to undocumented immigrants, except for emergency care and care for communicable diseases; and".
