ALLOWING SENATOR JOSEPH J. CARRARO TO CLAIM PART OF SENATE DISTRICT 9 AS HIS OWN SENATE DISTRICT AS REQUIRED TO FURTHER HIS POLITICAL ASPIRATIONS AND CAREER.
WHEREAS, senate district 9 is located in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties and includes both prime real estate and very astute voters; and
WHEREAS, senate district 9 is represented by Senator Steve Komadina, who is generous and willing to share his district to help a fellow senator; and
WHEREAS, senate district 9 abuts senate district 23, which is represented by Senator Joseph "Joe" J. Carraro; and
WHEREAS, Senator Joe Carraro, an experienced and wily senator, has political aspirations that only he can imagine; and
WHEREAS, Senator Joe Carraro has made it clear that he lusts after parts of senate district 9; and
WHEREAS, peace and unity and keeping the artful Senator Joseph "Joe" J. Carraro happy are of primary importance in the Senate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO that Senator Joseph "Joe" J. Carraro be permitted and encouraged to claim as much of senate district 9 as he wishes to, in order to further his political aspirations and wily goals, with the stipulation that he will provide for the capital needs of those parts of senate district 9 that he wishes to claim as his own; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this memorial be transmitted to the artful Senator Joseph "Joe" J. Carraro.
