Senate Bill 662 provides the adding of the term and definition of "middle school" will be added to the school classifications of the Public School Code.
Significant Issues
Currently, the code defines only elementary, junior high and high schools.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
If enacted, there will be no fiscal impact on SDE or public schools.
