Synopsis of Bill

Senate Bill 654 appropriates $125.0 from the general fund to the Local Government Division of the Department of Finance and Administration for the purpose of supporting major intertribal Indian tourist event in and around Gallup, New Mexico.

The bill appropriates funds for fiscal years 2001 and 2002.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

The appropriation of $125.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
