SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
This bill amends the Public Employees Retirement Act to allow certain nonprofit retirement organizations, if PERA is currently withholding dues deduction for that organization, to receive the names and addresses of PERA members or retirees without the release or consent of the member or retiree.
