Synopsis of Bill



House Resolution 2 amends House Rule 9-5-5 to require each committee to provide, if a roll call was taken, reports on (1) votes on written amendments not adopted by a committee, and (2) votes on final action taken on each bill, memorial or resolution. These requirements are in addition to those already contained in House Rule 9-5-5.
