House Memorial 8 honors New Mexico's many career and technical education student organizations that contribute to our State's well-being and healthy future.



Significant Issues



New Mexico's Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) are recognized and honored in this bill.



According to the State Department of Education, each of the six nationally recognized CTSO's in New Mexico targets a specific student or course of study. All of them are co-curricular in nature and directly support academic integration and strong work ethics. Each organization is described below:
