SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
HJM 3 requests that the Department of Health and the State Department of Public Education conduct a study to determine the types of providers who can safely deliver health care service and administer routine medications in New Mexico.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The Department of Health and the State Department of Public Education will have to allocate sufficient staff to perform this study. They will also incur some travel and support costs.
