Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 932 proposes to reduce the size of nominating petitions.
Significant Issues
Currently, statute provides that nominating petitions be approximately fourteen (14) inches in length. This bill proposes to allow the nominating petitions to be eleven (11) inches in length.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The bill does not contain an appropriation or any significant fiscal implications.
