SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 514 proposes to limit the scope of the Mail Ballot Election Act to exclude class A counties and cities with a population more than fifty thousand from conducting all-mailed ballot for any bond election, any election on the imposition of a mill levy, a property tax rate for a specified purpose, or any special election at which no candidates are to be nominated for or elected to office.

The bill contains no appropriation or significant fiscal implication.
