Significant Issues
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $5,745.6 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY02 shall revert to the general fund.
OTHER SUBSTANTIVE ISSUES
The provision of home and community-based services remains a priority for aging network providers and is preferred by seniors over costly institutional care.
