SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 261 appropriates $95.0 from the general fund to the New Mexico Office of Indian Affairs to fund operations of the veterans center at the Pueblo of Santo Domingo. The bill contains an emergency clause.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $95.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund and is appropriated for fiscal years 2001 and 2002. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
