SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 125 amends Section 1-4-5 NMSA 1978 to allow for voter registration to occur up to ten days prior to election day. Currently, statute allows for voter registration only up to twenty-eight days prior to election day.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
There is no appropriations or significant fiscal implications contained within this bill.
