SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 100

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2001

REQUESTED BY

FOR SENATE DISTRICT 32 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to improve Atkinson avenue between Country Club road and Mescalero road in Chaves county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a volunteer fire station in Chaves county.
