FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BALL PARK IN TORTUGAS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install lighting to the ball park in Tortugas in Dona Ana county.
