FOR LIBRARY TECHNOLOGY ADDITIONS IN THE NAVAJO CHAPTERS IN MCKINLEY AND SAN JUAN COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish library technology additions to existing facilities in Navajo chapters in McKinley and San Juan counties.
