REQUESTED BY
FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE POJOAQUE VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN SANTA FE COUNTY.
I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:
to the state highway and transportation department
five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to install a traffic light at the entrance of the Jacona campus in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county; and
to the state department of public education
one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to compete the central office building in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county;
two hundred eleven thousand seven hundred dollars ($211,700) to purchase and install bleachers at the Pojoaque middle school in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county;
three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to upgrade the electrical system within the vocational department at the Pojoaque high school campus in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county;
one hundred seventy-two thousand dollars ($172,000) to purchase and install bleachers at the Frank B. Lopez gymnasium in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county;
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a sewage treatment plan study for the Pojoaque campus in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county;
seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for re-roofing the multipurpose building at the Frank B. Lopez gymnasium in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county;
four hundred eighty thousand dollars ($480,000) for land acquisition adjacent to the Jacona school property in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county;
one hundred twenty-six thousand dollars ($126,000) to construct restrooms at the campus cafeteria in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county; and
one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to purchase and install portable buildings for additional classroom space at the Pojoaque campus in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county.
