FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO EXPAND THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO REPAIR AND IMPROVE THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM AT ALLEN DAM AT THE NEW MEXICO BOYS' SCHOOL IN COLFAX COUNTY.





The balance of the appropriation made from the New Mexico irrigation works construction fund to the capital program fund pursuant to Laws 1999 (1st S.S.), Chapter 2, Section 30 to renovate and make improvements to Allen dam at the New Mexico boys' school in Colfax county may also be expended to repair and improve the irrigation system associated with the dam.
