FOR CONSTRUCTING THE DANIEL FERNANDEZ YOUTH CENTER ADDITION IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred twenty thousand dollars ($420,000) to continue construction of the Daniel Fernandez youth center addition in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
