REQUESTED BY

FOR PURCHASING AN AMBULANCE FOR THE ARCH VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT IN

ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase an ambulance for the Arch volunteer fire department in Roosevelt county.
