STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2001

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SAN JOSE IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000) to plan, design and construct a wastewater treatment plant in San Jose in San Miguel county; and

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for improvements to the community water system in San Jose in San Miguel county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two thousand dollars ($2,000) to construct a school bus shelter in San Jose in San Miguel county; and

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for kitchen equipment, cabinets and appliances and to install new flooring at the community center in San Jose in San Miguel county.
