FOR PURCHASING LANDFILL HEAVY EQUIPMENT IN DE BACA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase landfill heavy equipment for De Baca county.
