FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY'S INSTRUCTION

CENTER IN RUIDOSO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to make capital improvements at eastern New Mexico university's instruction center in Ruidoso in Lincoln county.
