FOR CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING THE NATIONAL ATOMIC MUSEUM IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five million dollars ($5,000,000) to construct and equip the national atomic museum in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
