REQUESTED BY

FOR WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN YA-TA-HEY IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) for the county to design and construct the expansion of the sanitary sewer system for the water and sanitary district in Ya-ta-hey in McKinley county; and

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct a sewer and water line system for the new senior citizens center and other community buildings at the Twin Lakes chapter in Ya-ta-hey in McKinley county.
